- 4 pieces boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and onion powder.
Brush both sides of the pork chops with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
