Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, and onion powder.
  • Brush both sides of the pork chops with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
  • Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
