Fruits and Dairy

  • 2 pcs kiwi fruits peeled
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the kiwi, banana, strawberries, yogurt, and water to your blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add the honey if you'd like a sweeter smoothie.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Notes

Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water. If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
