Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
