Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 0.25 cups granulated sugar
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 0.75 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
