Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

For the Pasta Alfredo

  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add pasta shells and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes).
  • Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

Sear the Steak Bites

  • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak in a single layer, searing for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking. Remove steak from skillet and keep warm.

Make the Garlic Butter Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Combine

  • Add cooked pasta shells to the sauce, tossing to coat. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
  • Gently fold in steak bites, allowing the flavors to meld for 1–2 minutes.

Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
