Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cans Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans drained, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1.5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 - 0.5 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 whole lime juice from one
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the seasonings, olive oil, and lime juice.
  • Add the chickpeas to the mixture and gently stir to coat.
  • Spread the seasoned chickpeas on the parchment lined baking pan in a single layer.
  • Roast the chickpeas at 425 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes, or until they are browned and crunchy, checking halfway through and stirring once or twice.
  • Watch them during the last few minutes to avoid burning.
  • Sprinkle with salt, to taste, if desired.
