- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1.5 tablespoons chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 0.25 - 0.5 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 whole lime juice from one
- salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the seasonings, olive oil, and lime juice.
Add the chickpeas to the mixture and gently stir to coat.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas on the parchment lined baking pan in a single layer.
Roast the chickpeas at 425 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes, or until they are browned and crunchy, checking halfway through and stirring once or twice.
Watch them during the last few minutes to avoid burning.
Sprinkle with salt, to taste, if desired.
