- 2 cups fresh dragon fruit, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional
- 1 pinch salt
Prepare the dragon fruit by cutting it in half and scooping out the flesh, then chop into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, honey (if using), and salt. Blend until smooth.
