Use full-fat canned coconut milk for creamier texture.

Instructions
Let the bag of frozen pineapple thaw on the counter for 20 minutes.
Add the pineapple to the blender with the other ingredients, secure the lid, and blend until thick and creamy.
Serve immediately or transfer to a zipper bag, freeze for 30 minutes, and serve as soft-serve.
For leftovers, seal the bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
