Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen pineapple
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup almond or coconut milk Use full-fat canned coconut milk for creamier texture.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Let the bag of frozen pineapple thaw on the counter for 20 minutes.
  • Add the pineapple to the blender with the other ingredients, secure the lid, and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to a zipper bag, freeze for 30 minutes, and serve as soft-serve.
  • For leftovers, seal the bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
