Pasta and Dressing
- 12 oz fusilli or rotini pasta
- ½ cup basil pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Vegetables and Cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- ⅓ cup pitted black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives.
Add basil pesto and olive oil to the bowl. Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
