Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
