  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Baking Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine peaches, ¼ cup sugar, raspberries, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Place butter in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish in the preheating oven until melted; remove dish from the oven and swirl to coat bottom.
  • Combine remaining 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; stir in milk until evenly moist. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Spread peach mixture over top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
