For the Sausage Balls

  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

For the Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Combine the baking mix, sausage, cheese, and pepper in a large bowl. Use your fingers to mix the ingredients.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the greased baking sheet. Bake them for 18-20 minutes, flipping the balls halfway through.
  • Meanwhile, make the dip. Whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes
