Ingredients
  

  • 180 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • butter or cream for frying
  • 125 ml whipped cream for topping
  • 50 g grated dark chocolate for topping
  • 50 g melted dark chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar, making a well in the center. Pour in the milk and eggs, and mix until smooth.
  • Heat the butter/cream in a frying pan. Spoon the batter into the hot pan to form approximately 12 pancakes, each about 8 cm in diameter. Brown each side over medium heat, and keep warm. Top pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate.
