Cooking Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken on both sides until browned.
  • Once the chicken is well colored, remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  • As soon as the garlic begins to color, add the chicken broth.
  • When the broth starts to simmer, add the cream.
  • Once the cream begins to boil, add the parmesan, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and mix everything together.
  • Lower the heat to low, return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
  • If the sauce reduces too much, feel free to add more cream.
  • Adjust the seasoning of the sauce with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with pasta, rice, or vegetables of your choice.

Notes

For an even more flavorful sauce, consider deglazing your skillet with white wine and letting it reduce by half before adding the chicken broth.
