  • 1.5 lbs chicken drumsticks

Fats and Oils

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter cubed

Produce

  • 0.5 whole lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • fresh lemon slices for garnish

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
  • Pat dry your chicken drumsticks. In a large bowl, mix the drumsticks with the olive oil, lemon juice, and all seasonings except for the butter.
  • Place the chicken on a sheet pan or in a baking dish and top with extra rosemary and butter cubes.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F degrees. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes to brown.
  • Top with fresh lemons and extra rosemary for garnish. Serve with sides.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
