Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 whole lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden, then remove and slice.
  • In the same pan sauté garlic, then add cream, lemon juice, zest, and parmesan.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss until coated.
  • Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for best texture. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick. Adjust lemon to taste.
