  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce can increase to 1 tablespoon if desired
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • ½ lb fingerling potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Main Instructions

  • Preheat broiler. Combine honey, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until warm. Remove from heat, and let cool.
  • Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook chicken in hot oil in a cast-iron or ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  • Top chicken with cheese; transfer skillet to oven. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Drizzle with hot honey mixture.

Side Dish Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, potatoes, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
