How to Make Gummy Peach Rings

  • In a small saucepan, mix together peach juice and lemon juice over low heat. Stir gently and avoid boiling to preserve the flavor, heating just until warm.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm juice mixture. Allow it to bloom for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Once bloomed, whisk the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Gradually add granulated sugar, tasting to adjust sweetness.
  • If using, mix in a few drops of food coloring to enhance visual appeal.
  • Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into silicone ring molds, using a dropper for precision.
  • Refrigerate the filled molds for at least 2 hours, until the gummies are firm.
  • Once set, gently remove the gummy rings from the molds. Toss them in a mixture of coating sugar and citric acid for a sweet and sour experience!
