  • 4 unit green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Pour in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together to coat the turkey and vegetables evenly.
  • Allow the mixture to cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds if using.
  • Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
