Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Add-ins

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and salt (if using) until everything is well coated with the melted white chocolate.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters of desired size.
  • Let the clusters set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to speed up the setting process.
  • Once firm, serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

These clusters can be customized with different nuts or dried fruits based on preference.
