Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Pepperoncini

  • ½ cup chopped pepperoncini peppers drained

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped pepperoncini peppers until evenly distributed.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.
