Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped about 1 cup
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped about 1 cup
  • 2.5 cups Chicken Broth either Swanson® or Certified Organic
  • 1 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 12 ounces Pepperidge Farm® Country Style Stuffing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and celery and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Stir in the broth, cherries, and almonds.
  • Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
  • Spoon the mixture into a greased 3-quart casserole and cover.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
