Method

  • Carefully fold the egg custard into the whipped cream, maintaining the airy texture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan and freeze until solid, about 6 hours or overnight.
  • Slice and serve directly from the freezer, optionally drizzling with chocolate sauce or topping with fresh fruit.
