  • 1.33 cups vanilla yogurt or skyr for a thicker texture
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

How to Make Mango Popsicles

  • Blend Ingredients: Start by adding your mango chunks, yogurt, and maple syrup into a high-speed blender. Blend it all together until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  • Fill Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Insert Sticks: Once filled, place the popsicle sticks into the molds. If using a flexible mold, ensure they stay upright while freezing.
  • Freeze: Pop the molds into the freezer and let them freeze overnight, or at least for 5 hours, until they’re firm and ready to enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less maple syrup or honey.
