  • Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers, toasted coconut, and a little extra lime zest across the yogurt layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.
  • Once frozen, carefully remove the baking sheet from the freezer, lift the parchment paper, and break the bark into pieces.
  • Enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
