  • 3 Large Sweet Potatoes

Oils and Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into ¼ inch slices by first cutting the potatoes into thirds or fourths (depending on how large potato is) lengthwise. Then, cut the slices into long fry-like pieces.
  • In a large bowl, add the sliced sweet potato, seasonings and oil. Mix thoroughly so that all the slices are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the sweet potato slices onto a lined baking sheet. Then, transfer into the oven and roast for 30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through. They should appear golden with slightly browned edges when they are finished.
  • Enjoy!
