Ingredients
  

  • 200 g green olives pitted
  • 150 g vegan feta cubed
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley loosely packed
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 3-4 tablespoon olive oil plus more for serving
  • 1.5-2 tablespoon juice of lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the olives, vegan feta, parsley, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy. Stop earlier for a slightly chunky texture or blend longer for a smooth dip.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or more lemon juice if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a shallow serving bowl.

Notes

Perfect served with toasted bread and a drizzle of olive oil.
