Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes 14.5 oz.
  • 2 cans Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 14.5 oz. each
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 cup White Onion roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper roughly chopped
  • 4 Limes zested and juiced
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse 3-4 times and scrape down sides with a rubber spatula. Pulse 3-4 more times. Chill before serving.

Notes

This salsa can also serve as a cranberry sauce substitute.
