Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces artisan flatbread I used Stonefire Brand
  • 3 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 6 ounces brie rind removed
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and place flatbread on a small ungreased baking sheet.
  • Spread goat cheese evenly over flatbread.
  • Cut brie into small pieces and layer on top of goat cheese.
  • Layer with pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
  • Drizzle evenly with honey.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brie is starting to brown and cranberries soften and burst.
  • Cut into strips and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

Fresh or frozen cranberries can be used. This recipe is great to double for larger crowds. If cranberries haven't burst, keep it in for a few minutes longer. Plain goat cheese is preferred, but flavored can be used. Pecans can be substituted with walnuts or almonds or left nut-free. Other cheeses can also be used. Freezing is not recommended.
