  • 1 c mayonnaise 224 g
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 17 g
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice 8 g
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 7 g
  • 2 tablespoon Crystal hot sauce 28 g
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning 7 g, Tony Chachere’s preferred
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne 1 g
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika 0.6 g
  • ½ teaspoon white granulated sugar 2.4 g
  • 2 teaspoon capers no juice, 9 g
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced, 12.5 g
  • 1 tablespoon chives sliced into thin pieces, 3 g

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until incorporated.
  • Drizzle onto your crab cakes and serve immediately.
  • For leftover sauce, transfer it into an airtight container and fridge. This sauce will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
