Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry sage
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 64 oz chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • cup olive oil
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast garlic head for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Boil chicken stock.
  • Remove garlic and mash.
  • Mix egg yolk with mustard and olive oil.
  • Combine all together.
  • Serve with roasted slices of baguette.
