  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cup dark chocolate chips
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional) for creamier texture

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, almond flour, and coconut oil (if using) to a food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for firmer texture.
