Ingredients
  

For the Labneh

  • 1 batch Easy Labneh Cheese Prepare this a minimum of 6 hours before serving.

For the Watermelon

  • 1 mini Watermelon Prechilled for best taste.
  • 6 tablespoons Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili Powder Add more if you like extra heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Reserve some zest for topping.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt Adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut off ½ inch from the stem end of the watermelon; discard any remnants. Place the watermelon upright on the cut end and slice it into roughly 1 ½-inch wide circular slices.
  • Lay each watermelon slice flat and cut them into 1 ½-inch sticks. Spread the sticks in a single layer on a plate, then sprinkle half of the chili powder, lime juice, and salt over the top. Toss gently to ensure even coverage.
  • On a large serving platter, spread the prepared labneh cheese evenly across the surface. Drizzle the honey on top of the labneh before layering the dressed watermelon sticks on top.
  • Sprinkle the reserved lime zest over the watermelon to enhance both its flavor and visual appeal. Serve chilled.
