- 1 pound uncooked pork breakfast sausage mild or spicy
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large mixing bowl, add the sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley if using. Using your hands or a sturdy spoon, mix well until everything is fully combined and a sticky dough forms.
