Pasta

  • 8 oz Fettuccine

Shrimp

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Sauce

  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Optional

  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saffron; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
  • Combine the pasta with the sauce, mixing until well coated. Serve with parsley if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
