  • 1 banana frozen if possible
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, and top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes, seeds, raisins or dried cranberries.
