Fruits and Dairy Alternatives
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice
- 1 small frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries plus more for garnish
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
Sweeteners and Flavors
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 squeezes Pyure Simply Sweet [Vanilla or Original]
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut plus more for garnish
- tiny pinch of salt
Decoration
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream chilled overnight for garnish
Preparation
Place all ingredients, except the coconut cream, into a blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth.
Use a spoon or spatula to sweep the coconut cream along the inside of a tall glass, creating a pretty swirl effect. Pour the smoothie into the glass.
Garnish with additional shredded coconut and a handful of wild blueberries for an extra pop of texture and flavor.
