Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, dividing evenly.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over cooked skewers and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
