Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
