Fish

  • 3 fillets salmon (6–7 oz each)

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
  • Spoon the honey mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
  • Bake for 11-14 minutes until the salmon is flaky and opaque. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
