Croissants

  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut croissants in half and place bottom half on baking sheet.
  • Place 1 slice of cheese on each croissant bottom. Top each with 2 slices of ham and then remaining cheese.
  • Add the tops of the croissants.
  • Stir together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  • Use a pastry brush to brush the sauce on the croissants.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 6 - 8 minutes, until cheese is melted and croissants are slightly more browned than before.
