Sausage and Vegetables
- 12 oz Andouille sausage sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced Andouille sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
